Biodiesel Georgia LLC launched a waste oil collection campaign in 2020 which works closely with state structures to regulate the utilization of used waste oil at the legislative level. As a result, the Georgian Parliament issued Resolution #605 in 2022, which resolved the key issue of used oil utilization in Georgia.
As part of its environmental responsibility, Tegeta is implementing an effective waste management plan which provides for its separate collection, transportation, processing/recycling, product utilization and bringing it to the end of its life cycle
When this project started, there was no waste oil processing plant in Georgia and there were no legislative regulations in place regarding waste oil (regulations only came into force on January 1, 2023).

Wood material left over from tree cutting is collected from the Agency’s territory and then processed. The obtained and processed raw materials are then transferred to the production area where they go through the composting process and reach the final form of the product as a result of secondary and tertiary processing.
One of the main goals of the Greenway campaign was to create communication messages of various forms in order to let the public understand the importance and necessity of technical inspection for their own health and safety as well as that of others.
In 2021, the company launched the Protect, Recycle, Save! project which is being implemented in cooperation with a network of non-governmental organizations (CENN – Caucasus Environmental NGO Network). From January to July 2022, the company implemented a campaign in order to show the brutal results of pyrotechnic usage. Since 2021, NaturPharma’s partner company Weleda has been running an active campaign about saving the face of the Earth. The idea of sharing responsibility for the planet was born in early 2022 with the idea to raise awareness about ecological threats in Georgia. NaturPharma LCC’s idea was to protect the soil or the “face of the Earth” which is a current and serious challenge facing the planet.

The goal of the project is to have a maximum involvement of society in environmental issues such as cleaning up the environment, planting and caring for plants and trees, campaigning to reduce the consumption of polyethylene which ultimately affects the well-being of the population and the development of the city’s social environment.
The awareness about sustainability is rather low in Georgia, especially in terms of fashion, which is the second most harmful industry on Earth. –For this reason, the Phubber company decided to create a multi-language social and media platform called The Devil Wears Responsibly (TDWR) which is solely concentrated on raising awareness and educating and inspiring people about fashion sustainability.
