More than 70,000 children in Georgia live in poverty, cannot receive an education and are unable to attend sports or creative circles. Initiatives to help such families are largely spontaneous, inconsistent and irregular.
In 2011, the company Efes Georgia founded the Natakhtari Foundation whose purpose is to strengthen and prepare young people without caregivers for an independent life. The project is implemented in partnership with the Association Our Home - Georgia non-governmental organization.

In November 2021, the Protect Georgia's Cleanliness organization offered students and teachers of Georgian public schools to participate in an environmental competition within the framework of the Eco-Schools World Project.
In order to warm up on cold winter days, cats often take refuge in car tires and engines, a fact which kills about 100 cats in Georgia every year. The Winter of Caring for Cats joint project of the Animal Project non-governmental organization and Tegeta Holding took place from December 2021 to March 2022 and served to solve this problem.
Due to the fact that two-thirds of Tegeta’s employees are men, the company works to constantly implement projects aimed at overcoming gender stereotypes and creating a gender-equal working environment.
