TBC Bank

During the pandemic delivery of digital services to the customers turned out to be important. This service was introduced in TBC at the starting stage of the pandemic; accordingly, it was essential to offer more convenient and cheap service. The project started in March 2020 and is still going on. 

At the very first stage of the project, it was feasible to use mobile banking without interest. Plus, contactless money withdrawal limit was increased to ensure less contact of the customers with terminals and card. Besides, all digital offers were combined and placed in one space – tbcforyou. 

Regardless reduced human flows in physical service spaces, the company succeeded in supplying services through digital channels and ensured provision of proper banking activity throughout the entire country.
