Georgian Auditing Company LLC (GAS)

The purpose of the project implemented by GAC was to assist female entrepreneurs and prepare for them the annual revenue declaration to be submitted prior to April 1 free of charge. Submission of the declaration is mandatory for all entrepreneurs. The project commenced on March 14, 2020 and is still going on.   

As a result of first Covid-19 case identification in February in Georgia, within the framework of Women Empowerment Principles activity, on March 14 the company made a public announcement about its intention to assist female entrepreneurs in submitting their mandatory annual revenue declaration free of charge. On March 23 female entrepreneurs responded to the initiative and received free services from the company. 

Within the same project, in mid April the company undertook another initiative to support small and medium businesses. The company offered free consulting to the interested parties and 50% discount on their services. We formed a closed group in social network to support women’s businesses, it is still functioning and the company tries to provide assistance to everyone at reduced rates. The project is ongoing and will end when the country overcomes this hard period.
