Support of the employees was an important challenge during the pandemic, for which several activity directions were selected. The project started in March 2020 and is still going on. 

Plan for the employees support covered several directions. First of all, it was essential to let them have a feeling of stability about which an announcement was made that none of the employees would be released. It was also important to maintain safe working environment for them, which was achieved by adding dezo-barriers to the branches and introducing service safety rules. Majority of the employees, according to their job duties, were moved to distant working mode. Online meetings are regularly held to review internal affairs as well as the pandemic theme discussion meetings with epidemiologists, psychologists to share the news. 

The company efforts were followed with respective outcome: internal virus spread degree is 0. The team of the employees is maintained by 100% and 95% of the back office are working remotely.
