The company introduced the so-called "Appreciation Calendar," where in each month is dedicated to presenting and encouraging employees from one department. The best employees are awarded every month by the company. Additionally, the International Tidying and Cleaning Week is celebrated annually.

Periodic anonymous online surveys of employees are conducted to evaluate the work environment, benefits, compensation, and opportunities for development and career growth. Departments will then develop appropriate action plans based on the received results.

Employees benefit from a flexible work schedule, six-month paid maternity leave, gifts for marriages, and paternity leave. Moreover, the company actively supports and implements the principles of women's empowerment in practice, as evidenced women hold the positions of general managers in all three hotels.
