In the process of planning the project – Supporting Society during the pandemic, Ardi Insurance identified a few priority directions – safety and working conditions of its employees, maintenance of the possible highest level in provision of insurance services to the insured individuals , taking care of the society, as well as of the doctors and other medical personnel. 

As a result, up to 300 out of 515 employees are working remotely, but this fact has in no way been reflected on the company’s regular operating quality, besides, an internal qualification upgrade training was held on ARDI Campus base, the first electronic testing of 80% employees examining their knowledge in products and standards was performed. Up to 60,000 insured individuals are using simplified electronic services; up to 10,000 insured individuals received shots to get ready for the winter season within the framework of ARDI’s goodwill initiative - a wide scale anti flu vaccination. Up to 100 elderly people left without income were provided with non-perishable food baskets during the spring lockdown. Up to 100 employees of the Scientific-practical Center for Infectious Pathology, Aids and Clinical Immunology, including their family members received free health insurance services of 100,000 GEL value during 2020.
