JSC Bank of Georgia

A project implemented by Bank of Georgia during the pandemic was targeted at introduction of a new online system, maintenance of unity and team awareness, and improvement of their psycho-emotional condition. 

In March 2020 BOG took a decision to put majority of its employees on remote working mode. In order to achieve this goal, the bank started to actively apply Workplace internal communication platform, which is a good platform for sharing information, for successful management of the working process and implementation of entertaining or educational activities. 

During the pandemic over 3,000 employees are actively using Workplace, observing online activities, asking questions and receiving answers to their questions. 

During the pandemic active online communication between the management and the employees proved to be of high importance. It is worth pointing out that according to the internal survey, during this particular period the employees’ loyalty towards the company increased by 12%.
