LLC Zgapari

Over the years, LLC Zgapari has employed people with disabilities, although this arrangement lacked stability. Individuals with disabilities often faced challenges in adapting to the team and the environment, perceiving their employment as a temporary charitable gesture. Zgapari sought to transform this situation and to become a company that hires individuals with disabilities based on their real capabilities. The aim was to provide them with the opportunity to feel valued as integral team members, work in an environment adapted to their needs, earn income from their work, and pursue career development. To achieve this, the project "Each of You Has a Place in Our Team" was created and implemented in February-December 2023.

To address these challenges, LLC Zgapari initiated active collaboration with consultants from the European Union ESCape project. With their guidance, the company explored the moral and legal aspects of the issue, provided training for employees, and created an environment tailored to the needs of disabled individuals. As a result of this project implementation, 8 disabled individuals have already been employed by the company, with working conditions adapted to their requirements. Moving forward, the company plans to focus on the career development of disabled employees. This includes designing pathways for career progression, offering opportunities for retraining and skill enhancement tailored to their interests, technical skills, and knowledge.
