The concept of a healthy work environment takes into account all of the above and includes: diversity, equity and inclusion policies and action plans. Mandatory training is held for all employees on the topics of sexual harassment, diversity, equality, stereotyping and discrimination, diversity and gender mainstreaming for certain categories of employees and communicating the importance of mental health.
Based on the high interest of employees and the positive feedback received, TBC plans to further develop the concept of a healthy working environment in 2023.
