Liberty Bank

In 2022, Liberty Bank designated corporate social responsibility as a strategic direction. Tamar Zakariadze, who has many years of experience working in corporate social responsibility, joined the Liberty team to lead the bank in this direction. Priority directions for CSR were determined and the implementation of various important projects was started with the active involvement of Tamar Zakariadze and Liberty Bank’s management.

In order to strengthen the CSR direction, the Liberty CSR Council was created on Tamar’s initiative which ensures the active involvement of specialists and the public sector in the bank's CSR projects.

Starting from the spring of 2022, the bank has been implementing the innovative MY DOC project of mobile clinics as a result of which it became possible for the older generation of citizens to have free high-tech medical-diagnostic examinations.

Protecting the rights of persons with disabilities and ensuring their accessibility has become a priority direction for the bank. At this stage, an accessibility assessment process has already been carried out and a strategy document has been developed with the involvement of Liberty Bank’s management.

Liberty Bank became a member of GLOBAL COMPACT and established partnership relations with various international organizations on the initiative of Tamar Zakariadze.

Tamar Zakariadze is actively involved in educational projects aimed at introducing the CSR concept and popularizing it among young people and people employed in the business sector. She constantly tries to motivate the bank’s employees and involve them more actively in CSR projects.

Tamar is a development-oriented manager and a professional in love with her work.
