TBC Insurance

Within the corporate social responsibility plan ‘TBC for You’, TBC Insurance created a special fund to support the medical personnel combating Covid-19, who were directly involved in treating the infected people and due to close relation with the patients are in high risk of being infected. 

The main task of the TBC Insurance employees involved in the project was identification of the medical personnel and provision of funds to them; plus, they had to timely deliver the allocated funds to them and carry out respective registration. 

Under the program, which lasted over 2 months, each medical staff member (doctors, nurses, medical attendants) who got infected while performing their professional duties were compensated by up to 4,000 GEL. Up to 90 individuals benefited from the program and over 300,000 GEL was paid thereunder.
