Lisi Development

Annual management reporting is an integral part of Lisi Development's internal culture. Since the first year of the establishment of Lisi Development, this document was produced for both Georgian and foreign shareholders. In addition, the annual report was successfully used in the company and is still used to manage internal processes. 

Lisi Development's management report is public and is published annually on the company's website. In 2022, the company became the recipient of the BARTA 2022 Honorary Award in the Best Sustainability Report category. 

Through reporting, the company publicizes and increases transparency of all aspects of corporate social responsibility such as protecting the environment, energy-efficient methods used in construction, maintenance and improvement of the recreation area owned by the company, the creation of decent working conditions for employees and others. 

On the initiative of the general director, it was decided that the company would develop the report without the help of consultants but with the involvement of all department heads. At the first stage of the document’s development, the best practices of Georgian and international companies were analyzed as well as the introduction of the law that regulates the main requirements and components of reporting. The head of the legal department was tasked with consolidating the collected material. Ultimately, the document was developed with contributions from each member of the team. 

The completed report is published on the company's website where any interested person can become acquainted with its content. The company also shared the report with the National Bank, the Georgian Stock Exchange, shareholders and the company's supervisory board.
