Gepha (GPC)

GPC, as a company supporting a healthy lifestyle, is focused on implementing projects that will promote community involvement such as sports, physical activities, proper nutrition and others as concerns healthcare.

Healthy Yard is a project implemented within the corporate social responsibility activities of GPC. Its main task is to involve children and young people in sports by creating sports fields adapted to the space of their own yard.

The project also serves to interest young people and children in sports and create a healthy alternative for them to beautify yards and develop the skills of maintenance/ownership of these spaces.

Within the framework of Healthy Yard, space for basketball, football, volleyball and other sports activities was organized in four districts of Tbilisi (Nutsubidze Plateau, Vake, Saburtalo, Didi Digomi). The opening of the fields was attended by well-known sportsmen together with citizens and various sports equipment was given to the communities.

The project started in 2021 and is ongoing. Creating four more sports grounds is planned for 2023.
