The project is targeted at establishing not only a modern life style and an exquisite architectural complex, but also a completely new environment for ecological and healthy living in an area where there was no previous greenery or infrastructure.  

The project was worked out with the vision of sustainability and green principles and for this reason the company assigns only 20% of the territory to residential buildings and keeps the rest – 80% for recreation zones and additional infrastructure. 

• Increase of the Green Cover 

In 2022, the company purchased up to 5,000 seedlings to plant in the area. The company ensured that each neighbor would be separated from each other within the private villa sector, adjacent to the central district, with a green hedge of densely planted cypress trees. Lisi Development bought an additional 2,500 seedlings in 2022 to meet the fulfilment of this commitment.  

• Protection of Biodiversity/Cuckoo Clock Project

The team decided not to do a commercial campaign during the New Year period of 2022 and created a video against the use of pyrotechnics with the help of the Metro advertising agency. The territory of the Green City, unlike previous years, welcomed the New Year 2023 without pyrotechnics. 

• Reduction of Negative Environmental Impact 

Currently, there are ten electric chargers located on the territory which are free to use. In addition, the company is gradually replacing a number of fuel-dependent lawn mowers with electric alternatives for the same purpose. All lighting in the area is LED and motion detectors are installed at the entrances. The company uses an electric golf cart for visitors to tour the area. Internal security personnel patrol the area on e-scooters/hover boards.
