PALITRA MEDIA HOLDING

The project will encourage start-up ideas based on which various new businesses will be created as well as ideas that will support the development of existing projects and products. It will increase internal corporate entrepreneurship and employee involvement and the company will take care of the development and career advancement of employees. Within the framework of the project, each employee has an opportunity to register his ideas on a specially created site and work with experienced mentors. The idea should satisfy three main criteria: creativity/innovation, need/importance and implementation potential. Fully elaborated ideas will be presented at the Festival of Ideas. The Festival of Ideas was held for the fourth time and has highlighted diverse and creative ideas.
