Big corporations are characterized by complicated processes, organizational structure and directive approaches. In this situation, business is challenged to become more flexible, ethical and more suited to market requirements. For this purpose, it is essential that corporate values are not only on paper but are also put into practice.

The Values in Action project includes 351 people employed in 40 different offices. Various types of events are carried out in Value Week, Value Month and Value Market formats: competitions, team building activities, quizzes, meetings, etc. A regular evaluation of the work environment in made by the employees. Based on the results of the survey, the HR team determines those spheres to be improved and the corresponding activities to this end. After a year from the start of the project, the social results were measured by the employee involvement rate which was 65% in 2017 and the average rate of value recognition was 70%.
