Based on a recent survey of employee needs, it was revealed that the majority prefers to work with a flexible schedule which makes them more effcient. Taking the results into consideration, the project targeting a flexible work schedule was launched in January 2017. The project's pilot version was tested within the top management section and implemented throughout the whole branch following the success of the pilot.

The project has been implemented for more than one year and the employees' use of the project, their feedback, the positive assessments and the work results are the measure of its success. This project will be a permanent part of the company. The employee is able to plan a flexible remote work schedule or reschedule working hours according to his individual needs.
