Iza Gigauri has a PhD in Business Administration with Summa Cum Laude from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She graduated from the Business School Netherlands, the American University for Humanities, Ilia State University and Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany.

Iza delivers lectures at all three levels of higher education and is a supervisor, expert and opponent of theses.

She has published more than 80 scientific papers in international scientific journals and books, participated in more than 35 international scientific conferences and is a member of the editorial board and reviewer of more than 40 high-impact international journals.

Iza is a member of scientific committees for international conferences, an editor of special issues for three international scientific journals, an author and editor of two books, a member of international professional associations, and an evaluator of competitions.

She has been awarded scholarships and scientific grants from prestigious international foundations.

Her Research interests encompass corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, marketing, human resource management, entrepreneurship, and social entrepreneurship.
