Iza Gigauri

Associate Professor at St. Andrew’s Georgian University, Georgia

 

Iza Gigauri has a PhD in Business Administration with Summa Cum Laude from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She graduated from the Business School Netherlands, the American University for Humanities, Ilia State University and Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany.

She is a scholar at various international foundations: Kirkland Research Scholarship, East-West Management Institute Grant, Erasmus Mundus, NFT Nuffic and DAAD.

Iza delivers lectures at all three levels of higher education and is a supervisor, expert and opponent of theses.

She has published more than 70 scientific papers in international scientific journals and books, participated in more than 20 international scientific conferences and is a member of the editorial board and reviewer of more than 30 high-impact international journals.

Her research interests include marketing, corporate responsibility and business ethics, sustainable development, organizational behavior, leadership, human resource management, entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.
