Khatuna Ioseliani

Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF), National Integration Program Manager 

Khatuna Ioseliani has been a Program Manager at the Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF) since 2010. During the last 12 years spent with the OSGF, she has been managing various programs benefitting Georgian citizens and promoting respect for diversity and social cohesion. Prior to the OSGF, Khatuna worked as a South Caucasus Region Manager for the Academic Fellowship Program, HESP/OSF, a Project Management Specialist at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Georgia and as Second Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Georgia to the United Nations. 

Khatuna’s nine years at USAID were devoted to managing education and capacity-building programs, creating and supporting alliances between different actors, strategic planning, communications, operations, public-private dialogue and partnership. She has seven years of successful fundraising experience with the EU. In 2015-2017, she implemented an EU-supported project aimed at strengthening the protection of the right to education in ethnic minority regions of Georgia. Since 2020, she has been implementing another EU-funded project fostering employability and the employment of women and men in the regions of Georgia through increased supply and accessibility of educational opportunities. Khatuna is the co-author of USAID’s Final Performance Evaluation for Strengthening Electoral and Political Processes (SEPPS) (2018), A Study of Youth Perspectives on Education Quality in Situations of Fragility in the CEE/CIS Region with the UNICEF CEE/CIS Regional Office (2010) and Primary and Secondary Education in Georgia with USAID (2003). 

She has an MA Degree in International Politics from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and an MA Degree in International Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University (USA).
