Partnership Between Meliora and BARTA

A partnership was signed between Georgia’s Responsible Business Awards Meliora and the Annual Report and Transparency Award (BARTA). 

Annual Report and Transparency Award (BARTA) will be the supporter of the Meliora category "Transparency and Reporting on Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Issues", and Meliora, in turn, will be the supporter of BARTA's "Best Sustainability Report" category. 

As part of the partnership, companies applying to BARTA's competition will have a unique opportunity to attend Meliora's annual masterclass. Meliora's master class precedes the awards ceremony and is usually reserved for companies participating in the competition. The master class is led by members of the international jury of the competition, who are leading and outstanding experts in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability. They share their knowledge and experience with the participants about what responsible and sustainable business means and how responsible approaches can be used to achieve business success, what are the current trends and approaches in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability. 

Organizers of BARTA and Meliora have also committed to collaborating on the popularising of sustainable development reporting in Georgia and educating and supporting businesses regarding these issues.
