Efes Georgia

Supporting society and especially the youth is a declared priority for Efes Georgia. Since 2008, the company and its various brands have been implementing projects aimed at supporting quality education and young people. 

In order to promote quality education, the company launched a university support project in 2021 within the framework of which its experienced employees give lectures to students on marketing, PR, corporate social responsibility, beer production technologies and other interesting topics. In cooperation with universities, Efes Georgia also conducts public lectures which can be attended by any interested person. 

In order to promote the employment and development of young people, Efes Georgia has been implementing the paid internship Future Project since 2021. Within the framework of the project, students have the opportunity to acquire practical skills in various fields with the help of a team of professionals. Currently, seven students are beneficiaries of paid internships. In 2022, 12 young people participated in the internship program and four of them were employed by Efes Georgia in positions of marketing, finance, human resources management and supply chain specialists.
