Consequently, the goal of the project was to overcome this sphere of unemployment and strengthen the role of women within. The project was implemented in 2016-2017 with the participation of the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs; the Worknet Employment Agency and the Social Responsibility Club of Georgia. The budget of the project was GEL 300,000. Minimum requirements for the selection of candidates were elaborated and the main focus was placed on candidate motivation. A broad information campaign was conducted with the goal to target individuals over the age of 35 years in five cities of Georgia who had no hopes for employment and who were less likely to be internet users. Information on vacancies was disseminated in metro stations and through television and radio shows. The "Employment Bus" also travelled through seven regions of Georgia. Job Forums were held in five cities. The project envisaged a six-month reimbursable training program. The main business interest of the company was the acquisition of motivated employees, the suspension of sales staff leaves and individual sales growth.

Results:
In total, 800 people were trained, 729 were employed and 80% are continuing in successful careers in the company. Of the total, 87% are women and the average age is 35 years. Some of them are representatives of vulnerable groups: IDPs, victims of violence and the socially vulnerable.
