The bank offers the following benefits to employees:
- Health insurance, including health insurance for family members (spouse, child / step-children).
- In exceptional cases, additional funding for insurance.
- Financial assistance in the case of severe illness or the death of a family member.
- Extra leave: day off and sick leave (5-5 days each), study leave, six months paid maternity leave.
- GEL 500 gift on the occasion of the birth of a child or marriage.
- Concessionary for credit services, bank payroll accounts and plastic cards.
- Services of the bank's lawyers in the case of a legal dispute (from 2018), including for family members (mother, father, siblings, spouse, children).
The Electronic Learning Platform, learning.bog.ge, was created in 2017 through which staff can become involved in distance and mixed learning modules. Trainings are regularly evaluated and, in the case of need, improved. The bank has been implementing a fire safety awareness raising campaign for employees since 2018. The following events were implemented within the activities of the campaign:
Five video clips were created.
Employees were tested.
Training alerts are periodically conducted.
Results:
- The majority of the bank's employees benefit from health insurance.
- The bank provided financial assistance/gifts to over 700 employees in 2017.
- A total of 184 trainings were conducted with the participation of 4,951 employees in 2017.
- A total of 1,083 employees were promoted in 2017.
