The individual Employee Development Program was officially launched in 2017 and continues to the present day. The program aims at ensuring the success and sustainable development of the company through implementing a program oriented on the professional growth and development of employees.

The program has been implemented in several stages - with the help of an invited consultant at the initial stage, a human resources development strategy was elaborated based on which personal development plans adjusted to the needs of employees were developed. A human resources manager was hired to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy and action plan. According to the annual plan, 40 employees of the company have undergone trainings with 32 trainings/workshops scheduled for them for implementation by the end of the year at a total cost of GEL 40,000.

The periodic surveying of the management and staff for the purpose of evaluating the program's effectiveness confirms the following:
- The elaboration of the employee development plan, its adjustment to actual needs and interests and the participatory process of the plan's development created motivation, enthusiasm and skills enhancement within the team.
- The introduction of the practice of knowledge and experience sharing within the organization has enhanced constructive and friendly relations between employees and established a culture of mutual support and team spirit.
