The project includes the following activities: Establishment of a flexible timeframe for work start/end hours (provided that the employee should be at work from 10:00 to 17:00). Working hours on Fridays to be shortened by 1.4 hours (provided the daily break is 40 minutes). Right to work from home one day a week. The positions within the company were outlined and employees were offered a flexible schedule.

The approval of an employee's supervisor is also required for the flexible working conditions to come into force. A total of 35% of employees have chosen a flexible work schedule. Surveys confirmed that employees were satisfied with the initiative. In October 2018, an organizational climate study was conducted whose results will be known in November and will be used to evaluate the efficiency of this project.
