Consequently, a project was developed in order to educate employees through the popularization of the company's existing learning resources and the design of a platform for skills development. Within the activities of the project, focus is made on creativity, digital skills, critical thinking and flexibility. The implementation of the project began in July 2018 and envisions the implementation of the following activities within a one-year period:
1. Training Lab: An online platform of educational resources which includes text and video materials, blogs and publications.
2. Knowledge Days: An introduction to the existing resources for employees and their training, conducting book fairs and identifying employees oriented on learning.
Two trainings have been conducted on creative thinking and digital skills. Other trainings are planned for 2018-2019. At the same time, three Knowledge Days were organized and held. These will take place annually in September-October. The raised significant interest among the employees and many of them have already attended these events.
