PALITRA MEDIA HOLDING

Within the framework of the project, a Personnel Development (PD) card was created which automatically makes its holder a student of the Palitra Academy which involves free participation in various trainings, public lectures and master classes. PD libraries were created for project participants where employees have the opportunity to independently select and listen to trainings, video lectures and presentations of their own interests. Based on their activities, the employees are awarded points that can be exchanged for prizes from the PD catalogue. The trend of involvement in the project is increasing daily with more and more employees taking part in various PD Card activities.
