The rapid development of the banking industry made it necessary to improve the qualifications of the bank's staff in banking disciplines as well as informing them about other activities in the bank as well as modern trends in the sector. At the Academy, TBC Bank employees are given the opportunity to study various banking and business subjects free-of-charge in parallel with their work schedules. The lecturers are from the bank's middle and high-level staff as well as from the Board of Directors. The staff is trained in the following courses at the Academy: financial institutions and markets, public relations, management of changes, credit risks, marketing surveys, etc. The employees are becoming increasingly interested in the Academy; from 2011 to today, 542 employees have completed the course at the Academy - 80 of them in 2017 and 175 employees in
2018. An anonymous online survey questionnaire was elaborated in order to determine the efficiency of the project and the satisfaction of the participants. According to the results of the survey of the participating groups in 2018, an average of 85% of respondents assess study process at the Academy with high scores.
