Hilton Batumi has opened a Thrive@Hilton room that provides employees with all of thenecessary conditions to take a quality rest and relax break. Furthermore, Hilton has introduced the EatWell concept which implies, on the one hand, offering employees a healthy diet inclusive of fruit and vegetables and, on the other hand, minimizing food waste by reasonable eating.

Hilton ensures equal opportunities; as of now, nine persons with special needs are employees of the company. Employees receive a whole set of benefits such as a work schedule with flextime, a six-month-long paid maternity leave, a two-week paid paternity leave in the case of the birth of a child, a hotel voucher in the case of marriage, etc. All employees have health insurance and enjoy a 50% discount at all Hilton restaurants and spa centers.

As a result of the above-mentioned activities, the average employee retention rate increased by 3% as compared to the corresponding period in 2018.
