The purpose of the project is to make education and necessary resources available for personal development to adolescents of the community of Barisakho. The project started in December 2018 and still ongoing.

Together with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, as well as with the companies possessing various buildings located in Barisakho, long and complex discussions took place to locate space for an informal education center. In the end, the Ministry provided a 100 m² space under a long-term lease. A respective agreement will be concluded shortly. The space will be refurbished, equipped with furniture, necessary technology, a film-library and a library. The opening ceremony is planned to be organized by November 15. BDO allocated GEL 11,200.

After the commencement of its functioning, the center will host training sessions, discussions and meetings with young leaders. A working space will be provided to the youth to develop projects of their interest.

The operation of the center will support civil education of 70 young individuals residing in Pshav-Khevsureti, their involvement in civil activities and employment.
