As CEO of the Tbilisi branch of Exactpro, Natia Sirbiladze oversees an entire spectrum of operations and drives CSR initiatives, underscoring her commitment to organizational success and community impact. In addition, Natia is co-founder and President of the Georgian chapter of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (GeoSTQB), a board member of the ICT Georgia Association, and mentor of the Women's Global Mentoring Program for women in STEM.
Natia proactively creates an inclusive workplace with a merit-based culture, strong team unity and positive work environment. Natia is striving to create a well-balanced tech industry in the country: 33% of Exactpro employees, as well as most board members in GeoSTQB are women.
Natia's dedication keeps her at the forefront of technological advancements. Under her leadership, Exactpro has become part of many important initiatives, including:
- Celebration of the International Software Tester’s Day in Georgia, an annual international event featuring international speakers, workshops, job fairs, and training sessions;
- UN Women and BTU project to educate 500 women in ICT;
- GITA's "Do IT in Georgia" project, and many more.
With Natia’s efforts, software testing was included as a discipline within GITA's "Educate 3000 Specialists in Technologies" initiative, allowing hundreds of individuals to enroll in courses free of charge and receive internationally recognized certificates.
In 2023, Natia was named finalist in the Women in Tech Global Awards, a prestigious recognition for women in technology driving change with purpose and impact.
