Fino (Business Administration Support Center)
In 2020, the shift to remote work due to the pandemic took a toll on the emotional state of employees. Communication between team members was disrupted, leading to increased stress and uncertainty, which negatively impacted the work process. Employees tended to communicate more with each other rather than openly with management, resulting in an increased Employee turnover.
Maintaining long-term healthy relationships with employees is a priority for Fino. To ensure that employees feel supported and valued, a "Happiness Committee" was established. This team of employees is dedicated to care about the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of their colleagues. Each employee has their own "MyFino" member from the happiness committee, who takes a personal interest in addressing their stress and discomfort issues and tries to solve them. Additionally, "MyFinos" are committed to fostering the professional growth of employees and cultivating a friendly working atmosphere.
In 2023, based on the information received from MyFinos, projects such as "Creating a link
of Account Care Managers" and the "Learn-Teach" professional program were implemented.
Given that effective communication with client companies during the provision of financial services demands significant effort, an intermediary communication link was established between the client company and the execution team. The Account Care Manager assists the team in accurately understanding the case and provides both technical and emotional support.
In 2023, a series of "learn-teach" trainings was introduced, wherein employees provide each other with daily short trainings on issues relevant for that period. Educational material created within the framework of the program is available on a common platform.
At the initiative of MyFinos, a team building event was organized in 2023. Additionally, the company celebrates the birthdays of all Finos throughout the year.
The development of the Happiness Committee has led to an increase in employee loyalty at Fino. Management now has constantly updated information on important issues for employees. In 2023, the employee turnover rate decreased, and communication between team members and clients significantly improved.
By 2024, the scope of activities of the “Happiness Committee” will be expanded.
