BIM Cube

One of the main priorities of the Bim Cube company is the introduction and promotion of the principles of sustainable development, both within the company and in the Georgian construction and engineering industries. The company's activities are focused as much as possible on the optimization of construction waste and environmental protection, women's empowerment and the promotion of the employment of vulnerable groups. 

In order to reduce environmental waste, the company introduced BIM technology which means construction technology without drawings. The use of this technology reduces carbon emissions which helps to reduce harmful effects on the environment. Through various educational activities, the company tries to promote the minimization of harmful effects on the environment in the construction and engineering industries. 

The company has implemented an anti-discrimination policy and a gender equality policy as well as a policy to eliminate sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace which is an integral part of the existing labor regulations. Complaint mechanisms have been implemented in the company and employees actively receive information about the opportunities for protecting their rights. 

Educational seminars are held for employees in cooperation with the United Nations Global Compact Network, the United Nations Women's Organization, trade unions, the Labor Inspection Office and the Office of the Public Defender. Paid maternity leave, health insurance and a flexible work environment are among the mechanisms for measuring employee satisfaction. An employee survey is conducted twice a year which helps the company create an inclusive and dignified working environment. 

In 2022, the company trained employees and implemented an environmental protection policy with the support of the Global Compact Network. 

In 2021, the company became a member company of the Association of Infrastructure Builders which is a result of the company's policy of making the construction and engineering business more flexible.

In 2022, the company sponsored women's educational courses to develop their professional skills. 

The existence of an environmental policy in the company turned out to be a kind of example for stakeholders which is manifested in the implementation of the policy of reducing harmful effects on the environment in their companies. 

Construction and dismantling wastes are being effectively managed owing to BIM technology. Providing the right information to the user contributes to a greater flexibility and transparency in the construction process.
