By investing in employee development, training and entertainment, the Feel Good program helps create a productive, creative and fun work environment within the company. The program uses a bottom-up approach which means that its activities are planned based on the interests and needs of each employee. This is how various Feel Good clubs were created - Parents Club, Art and Music Lovers Club, Intellectual Games Club, Book Lovers Club, etc. A variety of sports, creative and educational activities take place with other clubs - Pilates, yoga, Zumba, art therapy, hiking, culinary master classes and many others.
Feel Good gives employees the opportunity to get involved in charitable and environmental initiatives which enable them to contribute to the welfare of society, thereby strengthening their unity and team spirit and adding meaning and positive charge to their work.
In 2022, more than 100 activities were carried out within the Feel Good program. The overwhelming majority of interviewed employees were satisfied with the results of the program. Loyalty and employee retention rates have improved significantly. The program also boosted the company's reputation as a good employer. The number of views on Majorel's job page saw a jump in 2022 as compared to the previous year.
The company plans to continue and expand the Feel Good program in the future.
