ENERGO-PRO Georgia

The main problem facing the company and the energy and electrical engineering sector as a whole is the shortage of highly qualified personnel. Accordingly, the main challenge of the company is to raise the qualifications of employees and attract young and motivated personnel.

In order to fill the high-risk field manager position, a short-term innovative training program was developed at the company in 2022 in order to deepen the technical knowledge of employees and strengthen their managerial skills while subsequently promoting them to the above-mentioned position. The retraining program will have a systematic character which will reduce the shortage of candidates for middle management positions. At this stage, 115 employees have been promoted countrywide.

At the same time, the company developed a new two-stage training program for telephone service employees working with the company's subscribers. Through the program, they improved their skills in written communication, working in a stressful environment and managing conflict situations. At total of 145 employees across Georgia were trained as a part of this program.

In addition, internal and external training programs are periodically held in various structural units of the company.

As part of the employee care strategy, additional paid vacation days, basic health insurance, 75% paid six-month maternity leave, gift vouchers and other benefits are provided for the company's staff. Entertainment, sports, team-building oriented events are held as well. Special electronic reports are published quarterly in the "Meet the Employee" section in order to motivate employees and highlight their particular contributions.
