Grid Construction
Due to the shortage of professional staff in the country, Grid Construction decided to increase the number of qualified specialists and provide students interested in the construction sector with the opportunity to study, develop and gain stable employment.
At the initial stage, the company actively communicates with universities and later with the students themselves. After selecting the interested young people, the company signs a six-month contract with them and offers a work schedule adjusted to the university's lecture schedule which helps to strengthen their theoretical knowledge gained at the university with the practical experience gained in grid construction. During the six months, young people become acquainted with the company's activities and main processes - construction, design, purchasing, warehouse management, etc. During this period, they also receive a salary. After completing the six-month training, participants continue to work in a position in the company in agreement with their supervisor.
From April 2022 to date, the company has trained and employed seven students.
Nineteen year-old Saba, a second-year student of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of TSU, has been a member of the Grid Construction team since June 2022. After six months of training, he continued to work as a fleet management specialist and successfully completes his assigned duties. Two more young people are employed in the positions of junior project manager and quality management specialist and four other students are also undergoing training.
Grid Construction believes that the resources invested in the development of young people are the beginning of the company's growth and the realization of future successes.
