Terabank

Full-fledged integration in digital channels is becoming more and more relevant for modern businesses. However, Georgian business companies, especially small and medium-sized businesses, often do not have the resources for development in this direction. This was also confirmed by the research of the needs of business clients conducted by Terabank during the pandemic on the basis of which it presented 50 companies with various service packages within a business client support project in 2021. 

The project team identified that the problem of the adaptation of small and medium-sized businesses to digital communication channels and their proper presentation in the online space could not be solved with just one project. For this reason, the bank decided to continue working in this direction and double the number of businesses participating in the project. 

In partnership with the Windforce advertising agency, Terabank developed an online catalog in January-July 2022 that unites 100 Georgian small and medium business companies. The catalog allows people to view the products and services of the companies represented in it and contact the manufacturer if they so desire. 

In parallel with the creation of the online catalog, a complex and large-scale media and advertising campaign was implemented to promote it. 

The project successfully achieved its goal – it increased the online awareness of the business companies represented in the catalog and the quality of their presentation in traditional media, satisfied both the beneficiaries and their customers and raised the interest of other small and medium-sized businesses to join the project.
