BIM Cube
Since 2020, Ana Kukhaleishvili has been actively involved in the company as the person responsible for the implementation of CSR initiatives. On her initiative, the company joined the UN Global Compact Georgia network. At the same time, the BIM Cube officially became a signatory of the United Nations Principles of Women's Empowerment following Ana’s initiative and the company actively started working on an anti-discrimination policy, a women's empowerment policy and the principles and mechanisms for the elimination of sexual harassment and discrimination within the company. This has provided for a constant training of the company's employees and raising the awareness of business and human rights.
In 2022, Ana Kukhaleishvili became a trainer through the ToT on the Prevention and Elimination of Issues of Gender-based Violence and Harassment in the Construction Industry organized by CIPE and the Infrastructure Construction Companies Association. Since then, she has held several training meetings both within the company and with other firms as well as being an official panelist to give presentations on the issue. Ana actively cooperates with the United Nations Global Compact Network and UN Women in successfully implementing various outreach activities. For example, she was a panelist at the Business and Human Rights Forum organized by the United Nations Global Compact Network on January 18, 2023. She introduced the internal organizational culture of BIM Cube, the principles of women's empowerment, the elimination of discrimination and harassment, and appeal mechanisms to the Georgian Construction Materials Cluster and various organizations at a working meeting organized within the framework of cooperation with UN Women.
Ana actively promotes women’s empowerment in various sectors. She selected a project on behalf of BIM Cube in collaboration with the UN Global Compact Network Georgia and she offered the company's contribution to the Women's Information Center as a part of Giving Tuesday.
Ana is distinguished by her leadership skills which set a positive example for women employed in the construction sector. She is oriented on introducing novel approaches and technologies into the company.
