Wimm-Bill-Dann Georgia joined the international PepsiCo corporation in 2011 and immediately launched implementation of the systems and projects operating in the large-size companies with a social responsibility. In 2012 and in line with the head ofce, the company instilled a business ethics code of conduct which denes its values, regulates its relations with customers and suppliers, and ensures the quality of service and transparency. The company highlights the importance that it is not only the employees who follow the business ethics code but all partners and sub-contractors as well. For this purpose, VIM-BIL-DAN Georgia constantly delivers trainings based on international resources, prepares and sends out corresponding informational materials and assists in the implementation of various standards and business development.

The number of responsible business companies in Georgia increased as a result of this project. In 2017 and in line with VIM-BIL-DAN's request, one of its partner companies implemented a massive storage building renovation project and implanted safe systems of logistics, production, storage and rotation. Another company has fully renewed its production lines, instilled HACCP/ISO systems and is a leader of packaging materials on the Georgian market.

VIM-BIL-DAN continues supporting business ethics which strengthens both local suppliers and the market and has a positive effect on each of the country's customers as well as the business environment.
