GTS ELECTRONICS

The project was launched in 2016; for the moment, the standards have been implemented and the novelties for the staff for the purpose of their encouragement will be continued in the future as well. The requirements in the country and in the company have caused a change in GTS Electronics' approaches.

With the help of special consulting companies, a plan was developed in order to improve the working environment as well as the overall working conditions. The following approaches were adopted: insurance conditions, bonus system for employee encouragement, ensuring employee transportation, etc. In 2018, GEL 64,816 was spent within the project to improve the working conditions of the employees.
