A plan was developed that will facilitate the improvement of issues related to the English language, labor safety and the use of new technologies in the work process. The aim of the company is to have the best and most qualifed staff whose work will be of a high level.

Considering that the client and partner companies of the engineering-consulting firm are foreign companies, corresponding documentation has been prepared in foreign languages in line with international standards. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems, the company offered free English language courses to employees, the introduction of new technologies (GIS, AutoCad Civil), periodic training in first aid and training in labor safety issues.

The project had a positive impact on the company's employees and operations: 95% of employees have reached higher than average levels in the English language, the AutoCad Civil course has automated mechanical work and employees were able to process information complexly following the GIS course.
