According to the plan, employees were divided into 12 teams in accordance with the 12 months in a year and each team was given a task to come up with and present an idea of a day-long social activity. For its part, the company would provide all material or technical resources required for each social activity.

As a result, the Day of Action project was created and launched in February 2019. Since then, a team spends a day every month at a voluntary social activity instead of going to work. Project beneficiaries include persons with disabilities, socially disadvantaged families, an inclusive school, vineyard owners, a residential home for the elderly, a children’s home and many others.

Day of Action is a project that all employees admire and are proud of; it has already been joined by 350 persons. The project has brought employees of various departments closer to each other and increased employee loyalty to the company and management.
