Project duration and status: August 2019 to present

What have we done?

In addition to our key staff, there are about 400 people of different ages employed in the project. They have different professions and interests. A project idea emerged in order to strengthen their motivation. At the first stage of the project, the glass drawing off-work activity work of Nino Mdinaradze, one of the company’s call center staff, produced under the name of Saniart, was identified. Ms. Mdinaradze was experiencing some problems related to selling her work.

Our market specialists looked into Saniart’s activity and its existing problems and developed the following outputs:

  1. Marketing and communication strategy.
  2. Professional photos of the work.
  3. Improved branding for exhibition of the work.
  4. Open exhibition and sale organized at the ACT office.
  5. Production of a Hand Made in Georgia label for the work for online sales.

In addition, the ACT team developed a list of additional products such as symbols characteristic for different regions, souvenirs, dishware of individual design, hand-made lamps, picture frames, painted cups and glasses, bill boxes for restaurants and cafes, flowerpots, tea glass holders, home decorations and painted wooden toys, etc., that will make Saniart production more diversified.

Project Outcome:

High quality photos of the work, a correct marketing strategy and an online shopping system that will help Saniart to increase its selling rate.
