Environmental Responsibility determines the activity of E-Space because its main goal is to reduce emissions from internal combustion engines. In order to achieve this, the company is developing an electric car charging network and distributing information to the public to motivate people to start taking steps towards environmental protection. At the company’s initiative, citizens are able to use the chargers without payment and they will remain free during the following year as well because the company tries to allow as many people as possible to use the service and take an interest in participating in environmental protection activities. The company purposefully rejected commercialization, realizing that in that case, it would have been impossible to make any significant contribution to pollution reduction.

Through an informative blog and social media, the company is actively implementing a campaign, #metizhangbadiqalaqs, (More Oxygen to the City) to provide the population with information on environmental issues. The purpose of the campaign is to let people know how efficient it is in the long run to use an electric car and renewable power.

The company shot and launched an internet video justifying the priority of electric mopeds against gas-operated mopeds whose emission is no less harmful to the environment than that from trucks.

The company is cooperating with Helios Energy Georgia – a company developing solar energy power stations in Georgia. In Helios’ academy, which will receive the first visitors in October, E-Space will speak with them about renewable energy sources and eco-friendly transportation means.

Employee Responsibility

Regardless of the fact that the company employs only four individuals, they are the most significant assets to the company. At business meetings and in planning various activities, the contribution and viewpoint of each employee is very valuable.

The company never ignores even a minor problem of any employee and it always tries to find a solution in a team manner.

Employees are allowed to attend any educational-theme events during working hours if it can be beneficial to their development.

The company intends to spend more time on motivating employees for which purpose it is planning to carry out some teambuilding activities and design a bonus system for sales managers.

Responsibility in the Marketplace

Suppliers of E-Space are international companies, including major brands such as KEBA, ABB, UNU, etc. Any activity is preliminarily agreed with the suppliers, thus ensuring that E-Space maintains trust among its partners.

Complaints of customers are a priority issue for the company. A complaint is registered through social media or a phone call. Usually, the problem relates to a mobile application or the usage of a charger and, as a rule, is easily handled. The company maintains a positive attitude and responds to any customer claims with patience.

The company also closely follows customer advice and requests. There have been cases when an additional function was integrated into a mobile application following a customer request.

Partner companies, on whose parking areas chargers were installed, get an extra benefit through adding their company name to the application map. As a result, customers more frequently visit such companies to charge their cars.
