Mandy Fertetics has over 20 years of experience in the field of corporate sustainability and responsibility as a consultant and expert in various industries (banking, pharmaceutics, chemicals, automotive, FMCG, etc.) and all size of companies with diverse maturity levels and market challenges. This also includes seven years of sustainable procurement expert positions in the global automotive industry (Knorr-Bremse Group, Kongsberg Automotive) and four years as a Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Manager at a SABMiller, a subsidiary of Dreher Breweries.

Sitting at all sides of the table, she has gained experience and is able to integrate all stakeholder perspective into the strategy development of companies. As Head of Corporate Programs at the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary, she has worked with most influential companies in Hungary on the Action2020 program and further developed the Future Leaders’ Training Program. She gained additional NGO experience with the environmental KÖVET Association, gender equality and family friendly workplace development experience with the Well-Being Foundation, addictions and corporate well-being programs experience with the Blue Point Addiction Centre and sustainable behavior experience with the Conscious Consumer Association.

She is passionate about social entrepreneurs which led her to take the Supervisory Board role at Fruit of Care, as well as subsequent advisory roles, and she participates in the full-time and executive MBA education programs at Budapest Corvinus University.

Education, trainings and capacity building is not only her passion but also her social responsibility taking. Currently, she is also one of the main trainers for the Certified Sustainability Manager Training course powered by Green Business Academy,

Sustainability and Ethics course leader at the Budapest Corvinus University executive MBA, Social Responsibility and Reporting Course leader at the Metropolitan University Hungary and one of the global #IamRemarkable Facilitators

Her specialty fields are sustainability and ESG reporting, materiality analysis, ESG ratings, sustainability/responsibility strategies, stakeholder mapping and engagement, sustainable procurement and supplier engagement. A newly-discovered passion area is social impact business model transformation and training and development on these topics.

In addition to being a topic expert and process-focused consultant, she also has experience is various research activities, trainings and is a certified transformative team coach as well supporting individual self-awareness raising with psychodrama.
