Audronė Alijošiutė – Paulauskienė is a
 senior sustainability and corporate responsibility professional with 20+ years of experience in corporate and public sectors. Key areas of expertise include sustainable, ESG strategy development, corporate partnerships and stakeholder communications, governance, environmental policy, capacity building, social impact and sustainability reporting.

Currently, Audronė is the Director of LAVA, Partnership Professor at Vilnius University and an Independent Expert at Lithuanian National Contact Point for implementation OECD Guidelines for multinational enterprises.

Lithuanian Responsible Business Association LAVA unites 45 companies and organizations that strive to implement and follow the principles of sustainability. LAVA is exceptionally the first business association in Lithuania focusing on corporate sustainability and aims to form and strengthen the responsible and sustainable business ecosystem in Lithuania.

Audronė is the co-founder and former director of NGO Environmental Centre for Administration and Technology (ECAT-Lithuania) that has launched the first local sustainability campaign for municipalities in Lithuania. She is the co-founder and former Chairperson of LAVA as well. She also worked as an Environmental Expert at Baltic Environmental Forum in Lithuania, where she held a leading role in overseeing chemical project activities attracting business attention to environmental impact minimization.

Audronė has a degree in Geography (Vilnius University, Lithuania) and Master’s degree in Public Administration (Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania). She was a member of the State Progress Council 2014 – 2021. She enjoys public speaking and was an active management board member, the President of public speaking club Toastmasters in Kaunas for several years.
