She has a PhD in Business Administration with Summa Cum Laude from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Her doctoral thesis "Aspects of the Social Responsibility of Marketing on Consumer Market of Georgia" analyzed CSR issues; she also published a book "Basics of Corporate Social Responsibility" in 2013. Iza holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands and another MBA from the American University for Humanities Tbilisi Campus. She is a graduate of Ilia State University and Ruhr-University Bochum (Germany). She received fellowships from the German Academic Exchange Program (DAAD), the Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP Nuffic), and Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. Iza has longstanding experience in academic, governmental and non-governmental organizations. She delivers lectures at all three levels of higher education, and teaches classes in Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Social Entrepreneurship. She has published research papers and analytical articles.
