Tika Nadareishvili is an Ethics and Compliance Manager who has worked in the finance and telecommunications industries for many years. Tika graduated from universities in Germany and Latvia and holds a Master's degree in International Law and Human Rights Law.

Tika began her ethics and compliance career at „Geocell“, a part of the Swedish „Telia“ Group, and continued throughout Central Asia and the Baltics. Her professional background involves implementing ethical standards, ethical business practices and sustainable development objectives in the telecommunications industry. She has also collaborated with numerous multinational financial organizations during her career on data analysis and regulatory compliance.

Tika currently works in Sweden within Ericsson's Global Compliance Department, where she assists group companies in implementing ethical and anti-corruption procedures.
